There is a convertible sofa in the living loom, granite countertops, two smart TVs, and bar-height island table. Awesome Villa for singles and couples, with a maximum occupancy of 4.The balcony has a table for outdoor relaxing or eating. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and catch sunrises from your balcony. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beach front pool on the island, a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 6 Pickleball courts and 8 tennis courts, fitness center, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are two additional restaurants for eat-in or delivery to the villa. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa.
