Bedroom Three has two single beds, bedside table + lamp, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, air conditioning and windows and Aluminium shutters. The now new very spacious Family Bathroom, providing a walk in shower, and Separate Bath with hand held shower, ideal for little ones, vanity basin unit, WC, large over lit mirror and light well.The Second Bathroom provides a walk-in shower, WC, vanity basin unit with over lit mirror and window.The living and Kitchen Area has two leather sofas, 55-inch Smart TV with many channels including films, sports channels and much more, super fast WiFi hub and a Bluetooth sound bar speaker. The living area also has air conditioning, the large sliding patio doors and shutters that lead out to the spacious garden patio with spectacular views. The dining area has a table and chairs that seat six people. The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with a light well, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extra under counter drinks fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric induction hob and fan oven, plus filtered water, reducing the need to use bottled water. The garden/ patio has a built-in Barbecue + outdoor sink. You will enjoy a large tiled private terrace with artificial grass not overlooked by neighbouring villas. Exterior shower and four sunbeds as well as a table and six chairs complete the patio area for al fresco dining.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon.
