Ocean Walk P-13 a ground level, pet friendly condo with one bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Large living room with large flat screened TV. King size bedroom, full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is a patio off of the living room. Come stay with us and fall in love with St. Simons and Ocean Walk. 0.9 Miles to the Village, Beach and Pier.Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated each year from September through April. Other community amenities include a size-able duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children’s’ playground.Ocean Walk P-13 will be you and your pup’s favorite!CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (2 persons).• Dogs are allowed in this unit with a non-refundable pet fee.
