The second bedroom has its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or those who like separate beds. There is also a Murphy bed hidden in the living room closet (no more sleeping on a pull out couch). Our dining room table from Bassett Home Furnishings comfortably seats eight, meaning there is room for the whole family!The location of this condo makes going to the pool for a quick swim or going down to the beach for the day a simple task – no waiting for elevators or walking through the complex to reach the pools- it’s located just steps away from the pool areas and a short walk to the beach making it a perfect location for visitors traveling with little ones.Beachside offers the closest balcony to the ocean. You will remember sipping your coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise for months after your vacation ends and the dinners you’ll share in the shade of the balcony while enjoying the relaxing sounds of the waves just below the balcony. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
