This two story villa (one of the only two-floor Terrace villas) offers plenty of space for the entire family with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and big oceanfront views. On the lower level, enjoy outdoor dining on a large lanai with a wet bar and gorgeous sunset views. A spacious kitchen and living room are great places to relax when you are not at the beach or dining at nearby world-class restaurants. On the upper level, the loft area provides a second living room to enjoy, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on opposite sides of the villa for added privacy.
