This 12th floor, Tower I unit, unit 1-1202, at the Grand Panama Resort is a luxurious 2 bedroom plus bunk room—with sturdy, full size bunks (built to support adults as well as kids) instead of twins—and two full bathrooms. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. There’s a smart TV in each bedroom and the living room with a complimentary premium Netflix package and a cable package for your entertainment. Bring the whole family out to sit and watch the sunset on plenty of seating on your beachfront balcony—enough seating for 10 people comfortably—three coffee tables, two area rugs and soft lighting you can turn on at nightCome sink into an ultra plush king sized bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom and full sized (not twin sized) bunks. All of the beds—including the bunks!—are outfitted with cushy gel memory foam mattress toppers that do not hold heat like regular memory foam, providing you with the best night’s sleep. The beds also have pillow protectors and mattress protectors that are washed with the linens, so no more worrying about cleanliness! Our unit sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Each bed comes with an extra blanket and pillows that are available to you in the closet. Like sleeping with a bunch of pillows? We do too, so pile ’em on!Want to enjoy a home cooked meal at the beach? A fully stocked kitchen gives you everything you need to whip up whatever you like! We have a coffee maker, toaster, blender, even an air fryer! Hand soap and liquid dish soap are provided in dispensers by the kitchen sink, as well as a new sponge for every guest, dish cloth and hand towels. A full size fridge means no worries about limited fridge space for groceries or leftovers from the wonderful restaurants surrounding the Grand Panama. There’s plenty of place settings of all the dishes and silverware just in case you want to invite friends over for dinner at the beach.Each bathroom has a full set of premium bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for each person. They also have a basket of black microfiber makeup towels to take your makeup off with so no worries about staining towels! Each bathroom has 4 dispensers located in the shower that are fully stocked with good products like Dove Cool Essentials Body Wash, Treseme Moisture Rich Shampoo, Treseme Moisture Rich Conditioner and Vaseline Aloe Body Lotion. Each bathroom has a hand soap dispenser, a hair dryer and a jar of Qtips by the sink.We have a foyer cabinet full of goodies to help you out. The cabinet contains things like replacement toiletries, laundry detergent pods, dish detergent pods and several other things. We provide starter supplies as well. Things such as a couple rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a new trash bag in each can. We have a charging station set up in our kitchen with chargers for Apple and Android devices. There’s a place to charge your Apple Watch/smart watch and your AirPods/wireless ear pods too. We have a fully stocked first aid kit in our kitchen drawer just in case. You won’t have to pack a high chair, pack and play, bassinet or changing table because this unit has a high chair and a multi-use nursery center in the closet available to use for your little ones. There’s bunches of beach toys and games for your little ones to play with as well!You can’t get any better than The Grand Panama Resort. We are centrally located on Front Beach Road and our resort has all the best amenities too! Our resort offers covered parking, an enclosed sky bridge walkway to Tower I, two pools (one beachfront resort style pool and one resort style pool in Tower II, both are heated during the winter), a hot tub at each pool, a seasonal beachfront tiki bar, a seasonal shaved ice stand, an exercise room, grills down by the pool, vending machines and a brand new general store that sells beer/wine, beach items and sundries. The Grand Panama has 24 hour security and our property has various security cameras monitoring the property, pool deck, and balconies for everyone’s safety. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults with nobody having to “rough it” on a sleeper sofa. Fully furnished, stocked and decorated with every detail in mind, this unit features the best of the best and all the extras you could possibly want. Washer and dryer in unit. Beautiful, beachy colors welcome you in for some much needed rest and relaxation. No expense was spared in stocking, furnishing and decorating this condo.Check in is at 4:00 pm CST and check out is at 10:00 am CST. Parking garage hang tags and guest wrist bands should be collected upon check in at the front desk in Tower II. There is a one time fee of $50 for your vehicle parking and wristbands, an additional car is $30, limit of 2 vehicles. No trailers permitted except for during bike weeks. If you’d like to go ahead and take care of parking registration and wristbands before check in, please visit this link: https://grandpanamacoa.com/registration-form/ and follow the directions. If you arrive after hours and the front desk is closed, you can call security at (850) 625-5960 and they will check you in and give you your parking passes and wristbands. An email with all of the important information including check in info, parking info, door code, etc. will be sent out three days prior to check in. You can also check the app for the door code on check in day.There is a strict limit of 10 persons, no matter the age, staying in the unit. We have to do this for fire safety reasons. We have had several problems with renters bringing more than 10 people so we have had to implement a $50/person per night penalty fee for people who do not abide by the 10 person limit. Please stick to the limit so we don’t have to charge an extra fee. We just want you to have a safe environment to stay in!Need more baby gear than what we provide during your stay? No struggling to contact a live person with a big rental management agency to try and deal with your concern.
