This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and microwave oven. The living room has a private balcony with access to the master bedroom as well. Central heat and air conditioning, 2 cable TV’s, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen, two twins beds and a pull out sofa if needed in the living room. Common area includes a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and an on-site coin operated laundry. No trailers. NO SMOKING-NO PETS. Bring linens and towels or contact owner for assistance. One off street parking spot. No elevator. Maximum occupancy: 6.
