So many things were important to us when selecting a condo to purchase but we know that pretty much everything can be changed or updated except the view and that is what attracted us to this property. Crescent Sands at Windy Hill is a relatively small complex with only 6 floors. It is family friendly and quiet. Our unit (E-2) is just off the elevator and offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and primary bedroom. Multiple renovations were completed once we purchased the condo in November 2021.Condo is conveniently located close to Barefoot Landing and many amazing restaurants and has private washer/dryer in the unit.HOA prohibits renters from bringing pets.Please send any questions you may have.
