Our beautiful oceanfront condo is in Surfwatch III, located in Surfside Beach, “The Family Beach.” It has ocean or lake views from every room with a large oceanfront balcony.The condo is on the top floor of a four-story building with amazing views. An elevator and carts are available, making unloading so much easier.*KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and most cooking essentials.*LIVING ROOM includes a full-size sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, a 65″ smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.*MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed with an ocean view and access to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. There is a 43″ smart flat-screen TV.*SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a 32″ flat-screen TV.*2 FULL BATHROOMS, one for each bedroom. Beginning set of starter supplies for your arrival.*LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer.*LINENS – bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed sheets, kitchen dish towels, and dishcloths are provided.Outdoor showers are available on the way off the beach.Two parking passes are provided.
