The condo overlooks the beach and boardwalk, with amazing ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen. The balcony is off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. This condo is located on the second floor. (You will climb the stairs to reach the unit). The condo itself has two floors. The master bedroom and master bathroom are on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. PLEASE NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM IS A BUNK BED AND ONLY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT SPACE.This condo is one of three vacation rental units in this complex. To book Christmas Day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year’s Eve, you must book New Year’s Day and the other way around for all those holidays.Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less before arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, tax, and cleaning fee are not paid 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your security deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.
