Central heat and a/c, but a great cross-breeze with windows facing the ocean as well as on the opposite side. Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 11, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket, barware, and lobster pot. Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in parking lot down the street.
