Exterior features are an ocean-side facing porch with rocking chairs and a private walkway for beach access!From the ground level, there is space to park up to 4 medium-sized vehicles under the covered area. We do allow motorcycles and/or trailers, but they must fit in the driveway. You can access the 2nd level (considered the main floor) by ground-level parking area or the oceanside deck. Please Note: This house is not handicap accessible and the only access for entrance is by stairs, as pictured. The back deck also includes an outdoor shower for quick cleanup after a day on the beach.The main floor includes a living/dining room combination with hardwood flooring throughout & NEW 75 inch flat screen was installed in the living room! The kitchen features granite countertops, white appliances, and tile flooring. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils so you can pack light! **Cooking spices/oils and paper products are not provided. One full bath and two bedrooms are located on the main floor – one king and one with two triple bunk beds. The living area also has a queen sleeper sofa, a full sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper sofa for extra room.The second floor (3rd level) features 4 bedrooms (all with king beds) and 3 full baths. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean! Also included on the second floor are a washer and dryer.Each bedroom has its own cable TV and linens/bedding are provided for each, including the sleeper sofas! Each bathroom will have towels and washcloths with very small starter toiletries to help get you started!We are just 8 miles south of Myrtle Beach and only 2 blocks from the famous Garden City Pier! The Garden City Pier is 668 ft long and there’s no fee to walk out on it! During the summer, there is live music from 8 pm-midnight! From midnight to 6 am, the pier is reserved for fishing only. Please note: hours of the pier are seasonal and subject to change. Directly across the street from the pier, is an arcade for games and excitement! Also on the pier, is Paradise Cafe, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the season! Other nearby food options are Sara J’s Seafood Restaurant, Original Sam’s Corner, Gulf Stream Cafe, and Marlin Quay Marina!Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrell’s Inlet which features Restaurant Row, which is considered to have the best seafood and barbecue in South Carolina!
