No refunds will be given for a cancellation made within 30 days of the arrival date or within 60 days of the arrival date for monthly rentals. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If Travel Insurance has been purchased a claim can be filed with the company to refund all monies paid minus the cost of insurance, if covered by their policy.
