Laughin’ Place features three separate living areas so large groups of people have space for privacy as well. The ocean is just outside the door. Sit under the house in the shade or pull your chairs on out to sun on the beach.INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL IS THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT ONLY. This is a stand alone area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living area includes an efficiency kitchen with full size refrigerator, 2 burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, Keurig and a coffee pot.The upstairs apartment has 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed and a sleeper sofa.
