The new pool(s) project is complete! The construction includes a complete overhaul of the existing main pool and the construction of a new serenity pool for adults that are looking for quiet. Both pools are equipped with new hot tubs. A new fire pit has been constructed adjacent to the serenity pool.A significant investment has been made by our community to make this the best pool on the island!!This condo is under new ownership as of August 2023! The condo overlooks the pool and has beautiful ocean views. Our home features new renovations, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and spacious lounging areas. The new sound-proof sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows provide unfiltered views of the beautiful surroundings.This first floor unit is only steps away from a short private walk to the beach.
