You can walk or ride our bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.Guest accessWhen accessing from the alley please use the white gate on the left side of the home or the white gate on the right side of the home when accessing from the boardwalk.Other things to noteIMPORTANT HOME NOTES:-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Must be 25+ Years Old to Rent-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.- This is unit B in a Duplex Property, there are NO shared walls.- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beachgoers should be expected.-Courtyard Patio and BBQ area for your sole use, not shared with the front home.-A pet fee of $399 will be charged AFTER the time of booking should you choose to Bring a Dog.
