We recently fulfilled our lifetime dream of owning a beachfront property on the Atlantic Ocean and would love to share it with you. We are located on Garden City Beach which is located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. It is nestled between two fishing piers on what’s known as the Grand Strand – more than 60 miles of uninterrupted beach land in South Carolina. You will appreciate the 180 degree ocean view from your private oceanfront deck, living room and master bedroom. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and enjoy an evening beverage while viewing the sunset – all this without leaving the privacy of your own rental condominium.When you do venture outside, you are mere steps from the ocean via a private entrance to the beach. Enjoy daily strolls to collect shells, chat with hopeful fishermen or just enjoy the warmth of the South Carolina Ocean which ranges between 80-83 degrees Fahrenheit in the summertime.This two bedroom, 2 bathroom, fourth floor condo boasts an elevator, outdoor shower, and a private pool. This air conditioned unit includes Wi-Fi, cable for its three televisions (2 Smart TVs), and a Blue Ray player for your viewing pleasure.A newly remodeled kitchen includes new appliances, an ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, granite countertops and tile floors. Enjoy open conversation from the bar seating while you cook or have a family meal in the attached dining/living room area.The living room has a queen sized sofa bed and loveseat, Smart TV and a Blue Ray player. A sliding door opens onto the oceanfront deck.You can hear the ocean waves from the Master bedroom suite that opens onto the main deck. The private master bath has a large walk in closet, double vanity and a walk- in tiled rain shower.The guest bedroom currently has two twin beds which can easily slide together for a king if preferred. A large, nautical themed guest bathroom is across the hall and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Linens and bathroom towels are included in the rental.Our beach closet has folding chairs, a beach umbrella, a Bocce ball set and boogie boards so there is no need to bring or purchase your own. However, all beach items must be thoroughly cleaned before bringing them inside the unit.We have one parking space but generally a second vehicle can be accommodated but is not guaranteed..We are a smoke free, pet free unit due to owner allergies.The condo is immaculate and well appointed. We have it privately cleaned after each guest and leave a starter kit of coffee, soap and dish washing pods for your convenience.
