The combination dining area and kitchen have access to the west-facing porch (think sunsets!).Also on the main floor are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on one side and a third bedroom and full bathroom on the other. The “no-stairs” ground floor does have interior stairs to the top floor as well as to four more bedrooms and 3 more full baths plus the laundry room.A small community boat landing is one block away, making it easy to launch kayaks or a Jon boat to explore the tidal canal and saltmarsh creek.
