Fully prepared kitchen and some beach towels, chairs and sand toys on property.Upper unit may be occupied by guests – you can learn more about the upper unite (full house rental at VRBO 16783 51Dreamy Ocean Views. Guests may feel presence of upstairs renters with exterior entry door and walkway usage. Patio space is for downstairs guests only. The best feature is the beach front patio!!Patio with barbecue grill and comfortable chairs overlooking the beach.2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 with a pair of twin beds each.One parking space behind the house is available for renters. Otherwise street parking is free and city pay lots are 4 blocks away near the Ferry to Balboa Island, Fun Zone and Balboa Pier. Short walk to easy access dining, fishing boats and Catalina Cruiser. Or, rent a bike and pedal to Lido Island or Huntington Beach along the boardwalk.No partiers, no smoking and sorry no pets.
