This “Oceanfront”, second floor, Colony by the Sea Condominium offers plenty of amenities and is in a great location. Walk to the beach in just a minute. Walk to the Duck shops, restaurants, stores or market. Watch the dolphins from your deck, living room or kitchen. Updated flooring, appliances and a comfortable bed compliment this vacation retreat! There are two flat screen TVs’ with cable and a DVD player. Free WIFI and a fully stocked kitchen. Wine and martinis glasses for your adult needs. Community pool, a dune top deck, and a boardwalk to the beach are available! Relaxing in the spacious living room or enjoying your morning coffee on the large 10×14 oceanfront deck….this is our favorite. Picnic, grills, tennis/basketball courts. Playground for kids. Rent water sports equipment less than a mile away. There are boogie boards and other sand toys located on the deck for your use. You will enjoy visiting Corolla about 10 miles away…. more shops, restaurants, go karts, putt-putt and plenty of kids activities. Grocery stores are 6-7 miles away form the condo. I would recommend taking the time to go to the grocery stores versus the small local stores in Duck since they are very expensive.Remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and any other linens you may need. You do have an option of renting all your linens if you would like I can supply the phone number for you and the company will deliver and pickup all your linens. They also have other beach and baby items you can rent if needed. I know that linens are usually provided but that is typically not the case on the outer banks and most people choose to bring their own.
