The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and has seating for 2 at the bar. Take in ocean views while enjoying meals together at the large dining room table or spread out in the comfortable living area to connect with family and friends. Shoot the breeze and listen to the waves crash from the large, oceanfront deck with incredible views.The master bedroom offers a King bed, ocean views, private full bathroom, smart TV, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes smart TV with streaming options and the Twin bedroom offers 2 twin beds, partial views of Banks Channel, and a smart TV. The sofa in the living room pulls out to sleep 2 more people and the full bathroom plus a laundry closet with washer and dryer are available in the hallway.Community amenities include a gated beach access, community dock, plus a channel front beach with park, grill, and picnic table.*Waterfront Gazebo is off limits for gatherings or parties. Dock is available for guest to use to get to and from their boat slip.*No pets. No smoking.Parking instructions:2 labeled spots D1 available for guest use. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. *No boat trailers.
