Queen size sleigh bedroom set in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Recently remodeled with new hardwood floor. WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.
