Down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which adds nine miles of natural beach, including biking and hiking trails. Within a short drive, you can find additional local Sandbridge restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (try the freshly baked donuts). Access to Virginia Beach’s restaurants, shops, craft breweries, and famous boardwalk is only a short drive away. Enjoy the nightlife but then escape back to Sandbridge’s relaxing and beautiful community. A convenient storage closet, located in the parking garage, is available to use with two beach bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. With plenty of seating, gather to play board games or watch a movie on one of the DVD players at night.After a long day of bodysurfing in the ocean waves, you can retreat to one of the bedrooms decorated with a coastal theme, all equipped with TVs and plenty of drawer and closet space. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
