The condo is in the14 unit Pier Pointe Condominiums located the heart of the village and is gated community with an ocean side swimming pool. You can walk to local restaurants, shops, fish off the pier, visit the SSI lighthouse and enjoy Neptune Park. Non smoking, pets not allowed.Second floor, two bedroom condo, sleeps six and seats six for dining, includes two full renovated baths. Hardwood floors throughout the condo. Two suites.
