Step outside on the large private wraparound balcony to listen to the sounds of the surf and take in that wonderful ocean air. The large kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything the family cook could wish for. Whether you want a quick bite or a full family meal, you’re sure to find what you need to make any preparation easy. The main bedroom suite with a private bathroom offers a king bed and a large TV.The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony.
