The building is as close to the water as you’ll get on OIB and not setback like most other properties. Corner unit provides breathtaking panoramic views of sunrise / sunset / and sometimes even dolphins. The pool is private to building guests and has an 8ft deep end. There is a charcoal bbq area, and extra parking at the public lot directly across the street under the west end water tower. Outdoor shower at pool and private walkway to beach. Completely remodeled with in-unit stacked laundry ready for your next trip. Bed linens and towels provided for your convenience as well as soaps, laundry and dish detergent.
