This condo is gorgeous with oceanfront views and brand new floors, furniture and beds. It is located in the Wyndham resort which has 7 pools, 11 hot tubs, two lazy rivers, restaurant, tiki bar, arcade, two gift shops, fitness, lakes, fountains, bridges, etc.The condo is in the best location. It is centrally located between North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach so you have easy access to both. It is two miles from Barefoot Landing (5 minutes) which is a highly popular area with lakes, bridges, shops, restaurants, entertainment and fun!Looking for some outdoor activities? Golfers love to stay here where there are 19 courses and clubs within a 30 minute drive. You can also choose to walk around eclectic shops at Broadway at the Beach or enjoy dinner with a show at Pirates Voyage. The Tanger Outlet stores are one mile away. For all your supplies and groceries, the new Wal-Mart Superstore is also just one mile away.The Wyndham resort is upscale and the grounds are simply beautiful, all at the ocean front. It is right off the highway so access is easy and you won’t be delayed by traffic.There is a brand-new washer and dryer in the condo and a laundry room just down the hall outside the condo if you want to do more than one load at a time.There are lots of fun things on the beach within an easy walk. There is the pier, more tiki bars and restaurants, and the Hilton, on one side, and a state park on the other so whether you want entertainment or a quiet beach walk, you have a choice!We have a 7 night minimum in the summer.Dates not available?
