The first floor of this home provides plenty of space for the family to gather, with a living area with a TV and dining table for 6. The kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking needs and island for that extra counter space.Also included on the first floor is a full bathroom with a stall shower and a washer/dryer for your convenience that can be found in the living room closet. There is a window A/C that keeps the entire main level nice and cool.A center staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find two bedrooms and a jack and jill half bathroom.Bedroom one has a King bed and bedroom two has a twin trundle. Both rooms have amazing views and window A/C’s to keep you cool.The spacious deck overlooks the beach with unobstructed views of the ocean so you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. On the deck you will find a gas grill facing the marsh and an enclosed outdoor shower below the deck to wash off your sandy toes.This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee.
