Fun in California awaits you in our awesome vacation home! Literally steps to the beach, the location absolutely cannot be beat. Did we mention the hot tub? With room for 6, you’re going to love the beach views and ocean breeze. Enjoy meals and cocktails on the front patio. Our home will be the cherry on top of your West Coast stay- the Pacific Ocean is calling your name!** KEY FEATURES **-Fresh linens and towels-50 inch Plasma TV with DVD, Blue Ray, HD cable-High Speed Internet Access-Oceanfront Patio with Hot Tub- Washer/Dryer in Unit (coin-operated, please bring change if you plan to use!)-Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, spice rack, and dishwasher)-There is parking in the driveway that fits only one car. “please note that there is a paid parking structure at Highland and Rosecrans Ave.”- Please note that while we don’t have A/C, we are so close to the ocean that you’ll enjoy a lovely ocean breeze in the warmer months!.. and much more!** BED CONFIGURATION **Bedroom one: King bedBedroom two: Queen bedBedroom three: Queen bedWe can sleep up to 6 guests!** DETAILS TO NOTE **-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you’re in :)- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we’ve got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge your sec deposit, plus any additional cost needed based on the cost of the damage done.-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.- License Number: BL-34626-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.-Please be advised that we have a parking lot in front of the house and the beach.
