There are two full bathrooms- one on each side of the home between bedrooms. A private walkway over the dunes for easy access to the beach, straight in front of the oceanside porch area. After a day at the beach rinse the salt and sand off in the private, enclosed hot/cold water shower located right beneath the home and right next to a private outdoor bathroom.With direct beach access right at your back door, The Coastal Coop boasts unobstructed ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean from your main kitchen and living space, front bedrooms and of course the oceanfront deck where you will be perched all week long. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
