Listen to the inviting sounds of the waves from the 3rd floor balcony or take the steps (or elevator) down to the beach.This condo is perfect for families looking for a quite vacation. The property has covered parking, a pool, tennis/pickleball court, bbq grills, picnic areas and public washer/dryer on each floor.Inside you’ll find a comfortable living room with new furnishings, a dining table and counter/bar with plenty of seating and a fully stocked kitchen.Down the hall are 3 very comfortable bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with TV, an attached bathroom and its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with partial Ocean View. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds.Just minutes away you’ll find golf courses, a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping. Tangier Outlet is minutes away.A Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent shortly after booking. Please note: No Smoking, No Pets. No motorcycle, trailer or boat parking.
