Blue Water sits on over half an acre of tropical landscaping, with recent upgrades made to the property to ensure the most unique vacation home experience. The owner also recently added AC in all the bedrooms, updated many of the furnishings, and invested in new sliding doors to ensure the open-air feeling of the main floor living area is easy to access. Most guests have the doors open to take advantage of the ocean breezes, therefore the AC thermostat is preset to shut off at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm during the day. It operates continuously at night, with a minimum temperature of 74 degrees to ensure maximum comfort for you and your guests.The primary bedroom suite is privately situated on the second level with incredible ocean views. It features a King-size canopy bed, private lanai, etched glass walk-in shower, jetted tub, and large walk-in closet. There’s a separate media lounge area within the primary suite, which provides additional sleeping accommodations.Leading from the media room, there’s a set of spiral stairs that leads to an observation room with Twin-size beds.
