In this supremely scenic and walkable spot, you’ll be a matter of steps from Barrett Park and a short stroll from the footbridge leading into downtown.This two-story home is the main house on a waterfront property that it shares with a separate apartment. Walk home from a day spent gallery-hopping in town to be greeted by a beautiful front deck overlooking the cove – a lovely spot for sharing lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.Inside, find a living room with large windows, where you can play board games and stream movies on the flatscreen TV each evening. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen and a gas grill for the nights you’re not eating out, dining tables both inside and outside, and a propane firepit with a commanding view of the water (which is shared with guests in the apartment). High-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided as well.THINGS TO KNOW- Streaming services are available with guests’ accounts.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
