Three story cottage on a quiet, serene lot overlooking Prospect Harbor with views of Corea. Walk down the short steps to the breathtaking ocean scene. This is classic Maine; rugged coastline and crashing surf. Listen to and watch the lobster fishermen and women as they haul their traps getting ready to sell you the freshest Maine lobster around. The house was built in 2004 by a local carpenter who happens to be on your house management team! This house is clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, all linens, is well kept and ready for your enjoyment.Why battle the crowds on Mount Desert Island when you can stay on the Schoodic Peninsula and do day trips to Bar Harbor? Besides, we have the lovely Schoodic section of Acadia with gorgeous, moss lined hiking and wide biking trails. You are likely to see porpoises, seals, and all manner of sea birds. A moose? Perhaps. Deer? Very likely. Foxes, rabbits, coyotes and regularly…bald eagles.
