The house has mature plantings, and there is a path leading to another small and private sitting area overlooking the bay.Barrett’s Cove on Lake Megunticook is just a 10-minute drive and has a small sandy beach and picnic tables. Lincolnville Beach is also a short 10-minute drive north of Camden and has a sandy beach along with shops, restaurants, and take-out dining choices.Built in 1980 and traditional in style, Penobscot Bay House has cathedral ceilings in both the living room and the first-floor primary bedroom. The primary bedroom, living room, and dining room, with their large windows, overlook the bay – with other rooms having partial views. Penobscot Bay House is fully air-conditioned.This is a seven-night minimum stay rental.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 2.Security camera details: exterior camera faces drivewayDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
