OCEANFRONT, Huge decK/Wi-Fi/updated baths & kitchen/New pictures added Sept 22We have had a lot of fun updating this unit to be a happy and relaxing get away! We are on the 4 th floor and there are 2 elevators for your convenience. Master bdr has a king ,2 nd bdr has a queen and 3 rd bdr has 2 twins. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs. The living area has a sofa and love seat Both Are Sleepers, so all in all you could sleep 9. Indoor dining table seats 6 with another 4 at the bar. Outdoor Teak dining table seats 6 as well on the more than 200 sq ft deck! Kitchen is designed to allow you to be a part of everything even if you decide to cook. Kitchen is newly renovated with Quartz counter tops and new microwave and stove, as well as everything you would need for comfortable cooking. Recently updated baths in Master and Hall.WIFI included.We provide all linens and towels included in rental price. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. 48″ Flat screen tv in living area with DVD player and a great library of DVDs. Full size washer and dryer. We also have extra chairs in the laundry area and a soft sided cooler to take to the beach. We even have some sand toys we keep on the deck. We just replaced the air conditioning inside unit May 2022, so you shouldn’t have any problems with the heat of summer.
