Every detail is professional planned out for guest comfort including a wall hugger inclining sofa to put your feet up.The year round private caretaker is kept on staff. All linens are hotel quality and exclusive to this unit to insure guest the highest standards. The caretaker will arrange for beach wagon, chairs, and toys to be ready for your use. You will also have access to our private beach locker. All of these services are included in our all inclusive rates. If you would like additional umbrellas and chairs set up, simply flag down the life guard (the cost is $150-$185 per week).To make your visit hassle free we have installed key-less electronic locks on all doors so that you can go key-less all week. You can’t get any closer than we are to the water. It will take your breath away.•Oceanfront: This Unit is ON the beach. If you stand at kitchen sink during high tide it looks like it is rolling under the building.•Waterfront: Condo sits right on the beach just as shown in pics.•Village: Garden City is a quaint little beach village with very few high rise buildings.
