This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!As you enter this beautiful Condo you have Bedroom 3 with two twin beds and a full bathroom on the right of the entrance hall. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a full bathroom which you can also enter from the entrance hall. The master bedroom has gorgeous ocean views, a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom. The very well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals for your family and friends. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with more seating at the kitchen bar area. The living area is a perfect place to gather, relax or enjoy playing some of the available board games or you can enjoy a cocktail on the spacious private balcony and soak up the spectacular views!*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed. *The two-car limit is also strictly enforced.*This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. (assigned parking spaces) This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 – no exceptions – even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a “starter set” of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
