The building atrium offers a large in-ground pool with ample tables, chairs andchaises. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are available on the pool deck. Adjacent to yourdedicated, covered parking space you will find a large locked closet, in which you can store thebeach equipment you have brought with you (chairs, wagons, toys). All these condo amenitieshave restricted access to tenants only, including pool use.Please note: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. There are also signs posted outside of the building where you are NOT permitted to park electric vehicles. This is due to it being too close to the building. Any additional parking without signs is fine to park at. However, this additional parking is limited. Also, the indoor parking has a height limit of 6ft 4inches. Large vehicles with roof topluggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage.Tenants must use assigned parking space in covered garage if their vehicle fits. No extra overnight guests are allowed in the unit.
