The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove. New cabinets and sleek quartz countertops make it a welcoming place to prepare meals. The unit contains a stackable washer/dryer and offers high-speed, wireless Internet.Due to COVID -19, the following policies have been implemented:1)Hospital grade disinfectant, Madacide, will be used on all hard surfaces.2)Linens and bath towels will be sanitized by an outsourced cleaning service.4)Blankets and bedspreads have been placed in the dryer on high before each new guest arrives. Blankets will be left in the closet for optional use.The property offers a lazy river, oceanfront pool, seasonal indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, 2 oceanfront hot tubs, and private parking garage. We are minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure and Championship Golf Courses, and just a short drive from many miniature golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, Nascar, Myrtle Waves Water Park, and Dixie Stampede Theater. Saturday check-ins are not allowed during June, July, and August.
