The kitchen has brand new appliances, is fully stocked with all you need to cook and marble countertops. All new flooring and decor make the house feel so fresh, clean and bright. The deck has a constant ocean breeze, listen to the waves crashing, watch the bunnies play in the dune and sit back in the shade. Indoor outdoor living at its finest- kick back on a cushioned steamer chair or a comfy cushioned sofa. Enjoy your own beach front yard complete with cornhole.Location- Our home is directly on the beach in a residential area. We are located next to mostly single family homes in the Estate Section of Brant Beach. What does this mean? Less crowds, less noise, more family friendly, and not a party spot.Besides being OCEANFRONT, you are also renting in a wonderful location on LBI. The beach directly in front of our house is lifeguarded.We are the narrowest point on the LBI- at the end of our street is the bay and the Brant Beach Yacht Club. This is great for sunsets and it’s a great walking community. Ocean Blvd is also comparable to a “boardwalk” in the sense that it’s frequented with walkers and cyclists. Everyone is happy and friendly; it has a relaxed island feel.A huge plus to renting our home is that the beach is never crowded. There are no hotels, condo’s, day trippers and because the island is so narrow you have less houses here. You are close to Beach Haven, but don’t have to deal with the crowds on the beach, looking for parking, or other beach goers sitting on top of you. Getting to Beach Haven is an easy drive, bike ride, or hop on the LBI shuttle.Within 3 blocks is the town municipal complex-complete with pickleball courts, baseball field, basketball court, beach volleyball court, the Bayview Park playground and guarded bay beach. Bayview Park offers special programs and weekly concerts throughout the summer. The bay beach is really nice to have on rough ocean days or with little kids who might be afraid of the ocean. You can rent non motorized watersports like kayaks, paddle board, or windsurf etc. from the bay beach.Within several blocks from our home is an ice cream store, a casual beach restaurant, and a small boutique. A short walk or bike ride away within one mile from our home there are a couple nice restaurants, bars, liquor store, and an Acme grocery store.There are many places to shop, play mini-golf, rent boats, kayaks or bicycles, go crab fishing in the bay, charter fishing out of Barnegat Light and surf fishing on the beach. Fantasy Island amusement park complete with rides, games, an arcade, and Thundering Surf water park are must do’s! In the heart of Beach Haven is Surflight Theater and the Showplace Ice-Cream Parlor.Amenities: central air-conditioning, 2 TV’s, Weber BBQ, separate outdoor shower, full size WASHER/DRYER, 4 beach badges (children under 12 are free and Senior Citizens are $5 for the entire season) and high speed wireless internet access.All new mattresses, pillows, comforters. The living room has plenty of seating and is extremely comfortable. A third party can provide linens, towels, crib, high chair and other rentals if you are interested.Bedrooms- king, a queen, and a twin bedroom which has 2 twin trundle beds- a total of 4 twin beds.Every guest will receive a welcome packet generated by myself which has a detailed list and information on top restaurant recommendations, parks, things to do, store locations etc. I am always reachable for any questions you may have.
