This includes 2 parking permits and up to 6 armbands. You may do advanced registration to save $10 if you complete the registration 24 hrs. before you arrive. Every reservation must register and pay HOA registration fee. Proper ID wristband are required to be worn at all times while on property. Registration fee include the following amenities: privileges for all three pools, fitness center, Sauna, steam room, wet bar, theater, game room and secured parking.• Accommodate maximum of 4 adults and 2 children below age of 5.
