This suite is located on the 6th floor of the resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The Resort is minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center & more. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready to cook meals—private bedroom with queen-sized bed and private bathroom and balcony. The Oceanfront living room has a Murphy bed, there is a separate door that locks and can be used as a second bedroom. There is also a second full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.The space:This suite has 1 queen-size bed and a Murphy bed that can sleep up to 4 guests. With a relaxing ambiance, making it a comfortable place for guests to stay. The ocean-front balcony has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is the scene you have long desired. Before going out on the beach, prepare your meals and snacks in the kitchen. You will find some basic condo supplies upon your arrival. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. Please leave it like you found it and respect this place.-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.Travelers must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in) to receive a refund.
