The 2-bedroom + Bunk, 3-bath unit sleeps a total of 8, perfect for larger families. This layout is over 1,100 square feet.KID-FRIENDLY, with a KING in the Master, QUEEN in the 2nd bedroom, 2 TWIN bunks in the alcove, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room. The Master and second bedroom each have a private bath, and the third bath is next to the bunk alcove.Beach Chair Service for TWO is included with 2024 rentals (March-October)!Note: You must be at least 25 to rent. No exceptions. No Pets. No Smoking.Please read before booking:* No Pets* Renter must be 25 or older* Please read the rental agreement BEFORE you book.* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don’t lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.* You must pre-register with the resort using a link we will provide. You will pay the resort fee directly to the resort at that time. The current fee is $30+tax if paid more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours, the fee is $40+tax.
