Nothing has been overlooked in the kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, and granite countertops.At night, you’ll find that The bedrooms all have TVs – three of the four are primary suites. The first primary suite takes up the entire top floor, offering a private bathroom with granite countertops, a soaking tub, and an enormous sit-/stand-in shower. At the end of the evening, you can sip a cocktail on the private, top-floor balcony or perhaps start the day with a good book and a hot cup of coffee.The second primary suite has an oceanfront position as well, with a private balcony and its own bathroom with a vanity, tub, and shower. The third suite has a private bathroom of its own, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for kids, offering an Xbox game console equipped with a DVD/Blu-ray player.When you’re heading down to the beach, stop by the garage-level storage closet to find six beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and ample space to store your own gear as well.The Sanctuary offers wonderful on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children’s playground; tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts; and enough public parking for the unexpected visitor. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which offers beach access and hiking trails galore.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 4.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
