Fully remodeled, comfortable and bright unit with split a/c in both bedrooms and main room.Master BR features a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The 2nd BR offers two full beds. Maximum 4 adults, 5 guests total. Gourmet kitchen w/GE Profile convection microwave oven and 2- zone Wolf cooktop. The living room offers a flat-screen TV with expanded cable channels and streaming capabilities. NO SOFA BEDFree wifi with speed capabilities of 200mb wi-fi, cable, and in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your comfort and convenience.4 Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for guest use.Beach chairs, toys, (boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, etc.) are NOT provided. Previous guests may leave these items for use at your own risk.A starter kit of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, and dish soap are provided. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide these items for their use after the starter kit is used. Food/grocery Items are NOT provided.Parking is provided for 1 vehicle. Parking spaces are very narrow, we highly recommend compact cars only.Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.If your flight arrives before noon or your departure flight leaves after noon, we suggest you purchase an additional night for your convenience.This is a very convenient location. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities just across the street or within walking distance. Kihei is a relaxed and diverse community with many residents. Condos are the major accommodations here. The larger resorts are located in Wailea to the south and Lahaina & Kaanapali to the north.Kamaole Nalu is a 6 story building. This unit is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. The oceanfront location supplies a gentle breeze and the relaxing sound of the waves.Kamaole Nalu Resort offers a large, oceanfront grassy area with scenic views, 2 gas BBQ grills, lounge chairs, tables, and a pool. An ideal place to relax, sunbathe, look for turtles or whales (in season Nov-May) or watch the sunset. Kamaole Nalu grounds and amenities are only available for Kamaole Nalu Registered Guests.Violations of house/resort rules are cause for fines and may result in immediate dismissal from property without refund
