Oceanfront – Seapointe Village – Fully Updated Unit with Air PurificationBeautifully appointed full size 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the top floor of an Ocean front building in Seapointe Village. Walk out of the building, directly onto the beach or enjoy the views of the Atlantic to the Bay from your top floor balcony. This top floor unit provides you the private oasis you have been craving. Sit on the balcony early in the morning with a cup of coffee and listen only to the waves and seagulls. There are no units above you so you never have to worry about the noises from above – just sleep in, enjoy the views and relax with your family!We are constantly investing in the property and making updates. In 2020, we have added new 50 inch tvs in the master bedroom and living room, we have added a new area rug in the living room and dining room, replaced all the bed linens in the second bedroom, we have painted the dining room, living and the second bedroom, we’ve added a new dining room set and new decor, we added a new living room set including a new couch, love seat, ottoman, chair and a half, end tables and tv stand in December of 2020, and we’ve purchased a new Keurig, Brita, stick vacuum and new small appliances for the kitchen, a new mattress for the master bedroom and also a new rug for under the kitchen table. We’ve also invested in a Netflix account for the condo so that our guests can relax and watch their favorite shows while staying with us. In 2021 we replaced the master bedroom furniture, replaced the lighting fixtures as well as the wall art and repainted the entire room. We have also installed a new hot water heater that is 10 galloons larger than the last so that our guests get to enjoy more hot water during their stay. We’ve also added new black out curtains to all of the rooms and new entry way furniture so that guests have a place to put their bags and shoes as they come in. Just added in March of 2021 were new ceiling fans in the master bedroom and the living room as well as all of the TVs have been hung on the wall for easier viewing options. In September we replaced both the washer and dryer for our guests to give them larger units to use. In October of 2021 we replaced all of the interior doors, hardware and trim. We painted the entire condo, wall papered in the laundry room, replaced the carpets and added new light fixtures in the laundry room and master closet. We also added a keyless entry system to make it easier on guests and a new area rug in the living room. We continue to invest in the unit to make our guests stay with us as enjoyable as possible!We are also making changes and upgrades relative to our guests safety during these unprecedented times. With the rising Covid numbers, our guests safety is our greatest concern so we have invested in an air purifer for our unit. We purchased the latest model of the Alen Air purifiers – the Alen BreatheSmart True Hepa. It’s quoted to remove 99.99% of particles greater than 0.1 microns! We are doing this in addition to upgrading our air filters in the HVAC/Heating system to Merv 8 filters. We are doing everything we can to help prevent the spread of germs throughout our community and to our guests.
