This is one of the best sand beaches in the world with swimming and surfing just steps from the condo. This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story condo is located ON THE SAND/Boardwalk. You can easily watch your children play in the sand while relaxing on the patio. There is also a lifeguard tower directly in front near the water for safe swimming and water activities. This property is a side by side, mirror image duplex, totaling of 6 bedrooms six baths if both units are rented.
