Enjoy your private beachfront balcony without breaking the bank. This tropical second floor studio will sleep 4 comfortably with a queen murphy bed and queen sofa sleeper. It is just a short walk through the gated pool area to the beach. 50″ smart TV , cable and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs. The bathroom has a walk in shower and plenty of nice towels and beach towels. We supply a beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and a cooler for our guests to use.We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton’s and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.Pet friendly. No exceptions.Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.
