The 180+ degree water views are only available on the 4 “corner” units at Beachside Tennis.The superb South Beach location (oceanfront, 4th floor corner WITH ELEVATOR) and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. We’ve just installed all new smart TV’s and offer high speed WiFi with secure connection. Plus- the beach and oceanfront pool are literally right outside your door.This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with all new appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 6, and beyond to the living area and wrap-around waterfront balcony.The spacious living area features a 75″ LCD flat screen HDTV, Sonos sound, and BluRay.Two bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as all digital TV and Netflix. The bathrooms are fully renovated and sparkling clean.
